Waterfront masterplan

PRE-CONCEPT Masterplan MAGNA Designing the new image of Magna Waterfront will revolve around the center area developed as compact urban fabric, dissolving gradually. A radial distribution of the program separates the vibrant core fulfilled with public functions around the Marina from the private and exclusive villas. Using terrain topography and the stepping method the composition provides exceptional views from every plot towards the harbor. The inner voids are introduced through Water Canals and Green Cracks penetrating the city with water and vegetation.
