PRE-CONCEPT design Clarity draws its character from the natural loop of the bay, where light, water, and movement form a quiet melody. Delicate pavilions with feather‑like glass and crystalline awnings offer shade while appearing almost dissolved into the foothills and reflective waters. At night, the architecture becomes even more subtle. Lights shimmer like lantern petals, revealing only hints of forms within the trees. Scattered across the hills, smaller and more ambiguous “petals” appear—light structures that blend into the landscape. The project is conceived as light made physical, touching the slopes and water with minimal presence while offering privacy along the cliffs. The nearby village becomes a faint silhouette above the bay. Along the main loop, soft sounds of water, greenery, and boardwalk life create an atmosphere of everyday romance. Moving inward, the bay becomes more intimate: structures are woven gently into the rocks, forming private rooms shaped as quiet pauses in the topography—curtains of shade set against natural stone. Sub-consultants: Bollinger+Grohmann - Structural design Bsec -MEP constructability, COST estimate
