Durres Stadium Preliminary Concept Idea The concept is driven by landscape tectonics, where the ground is shaped into a dynamic field of public, commercial, and community spaces. These interventions create a sequence of environments -from intimate to open - ensuring constant activity beyond the stadium itself. Rising above this terrain, a floating canopy becomes the defining gesture, marking the pitch with clarity while preserving the uninterrupted flow of green. The stadium emerges seamlessly from the landscape, dissolving boundaries between architecture and terrain. Movement across the site is fluid and intuitive, reinforcing the idea of space as continuous and accessible. Simple, contemporary, and community-driven, the project prioritizes the public realm and its everyday use. Sub-Consultants: Bollinger+Grohmann - Structural Design
