PRE-CONCEPT design The SEDRA Expansion forms the heart of RGW, creating a concentric sustainable residential and mixed-use community that learns from Sedra Phases 1 to 8. The scheme prioritises access, walkability and connections to the natural and urban environment. Its residential component will challenge the traditional notions of how housing interacts with urban environments, with polycentric walkable neighborhoods connecting to the urban public realm in the Riyadh Gateway via natural wadi corridors and a green spine; this is an urban design model prioritizing livability within the City. Sub-consultants: Saraiva + Associados (S+A) - Urban Planning Phasing Strategies LJ Group - Public Realm & Landscape Design GEG Engineering - Mobility, Sustainability & SMART, Technical Infrastructure Bitscapes & Atchain - Archviz
