PRE-CONCEPT design Urban Morphology By identifying key contextual relationships, we were able to establish the strategic positioning of the key anchor assets of the project. A public realm spine is then developed along the Gateway development, where the GFA is distributed along it. These programmatic clusters form urban nodes every 400m (roughly a 5 minute walking radius) to enhance and encourage walkability along the project. The concept of Oasis to Oasis is created through inserting activated public realm programs between these urban nodes. A new urban form "The Wasis" is introduced as a physical connector, a structural and technological innovation that controls the flow of urban elements. Sub-consultants: Saraiva + Associados (S+A) - Urban Planning Phasing Strategies LJ Group - Public Realm & Landscape Design GEG Engineering - Mobility, Sustainability & SMART, Technical Infrastructure Bitscapes & Atchain - Archviz
